You’re an arsehole, do me a favour?

Doesn’t make sense does it. So can I just plead with consumers who are returning unwanted christmas gifts to retailers not to yell at the person who you’re asking for a refund when they’re doing nothing more than their job. They can do things to help you out but if you start making them feel like crap and start yelling and screaming at them, what are they gonna want to do for you, they’re gonna go through the most arduous, longwinded and annoying passage to get your complaint resolved because, hey, why should they do you a favour if you’re standing there talking to them like they’re something you stepped in.

So not only do you screw yourself over and extend the period you’re waiting for as long as possible, but everyone around you thinks you a complete and utter ass.

Just think, how much do you want to help someone who you dislike.
